I ran 20 minutes yesterday on grass. I’m going to run every other day and bike the other days. I’m trying to keep loose but those adductors are so frigin tight. Sleeping has been better so maybe I can make some progress. It has been suggested that i take some yoga but I would end up just staring at all the asses in the room. Hmmmmm, maybe this can work. :)
