100 over 60
I planned on running today, it wouldn’t be much but I thought maybe 3 miles or so couldn’t hurt.
Prior to this I had to get up early and get down to my doctors office to get blood drawn for my upcoming physical next week. Here is where it gets really neat. Lady takes my right arm and proceeds to dig around for a vein. With no luck she pulls it out and proceeds to prep my left arm for the same excursion into my vascular system. Of course nothing is easy. I proceed to pass out and start having what feels like convulsions. I could hear people talking and telling me it’s ok but I can’t seems to shake it. Finally I wake up with 5 nurses standing over me freaking out. I spend the next 3 hours in a room with EKG tests being done and people poking at each arm trying to get saline solution into me.
Needless to say I’m not getting a run in today and yes my BP was 100 over 60.
