I’ve been racing the Stew Chase for years, partly because it’s the only thing going on. I did next to nothing this past week so I couldn’t wrap my head around a 15k race this. I went out today for a 12 mile run rocking out to the Pixies. This was more of a mental test than a physical one. I wanted to test how my fitness was after a crap week. I was out in 40:50 and back in 37:30. The second part is much hillier so I’ll take it and try to build on this. Hopefully I can find some motivation real soon.
