Rust Buster
As all the reports come in from this past weekend it’s clear that CMS is becoming a beast of a team. We are so deep that we can cover just about any event with incredible results from everyone. It seems like we have guys at every race. It’s bitter sweet that I haven’t been able to run a marathon for this team but hopefully that will change.
I had a breakthrough week last week running 5 out of 7 days with little to no issues. Today was another day in Lynn Woods and I ran a nice rust buster of 6 miles. I felt great the entire time and I was feeling much quicker than any other day that I can remember. I was out in 20:45 and back in at 21:15 with a run up steel tower. I’m going to continue with the trails except for maybe a run with Ben this week which will be my first run with anybody since March. It’s time to think about doing a “long run” this Sunday.
