Ran 50 minutes yesterday. I was going to try and run my regular 8 mile route. I thought better of it 30 minutes into the run. My right glute seems to get better as I run. I think I just get used to that charlie horse feeling. I still cannot run 2 days in a row, hopefully this will change soon. I think tomorrow I will put in an effort to do some hill repeats.
Saturday morning I will be volunteering over in Hamilton at a 5 mile/ 10 mile trail race. The course is a double loop and is on some private trails that are opened up for this event only. The house/castle that this starts at is amazing.
