Yes those are racing shoes….I haven’t considered putting a pair of these on until today. Everything was feeling good so I decided it was time to do a few 1/2 mile repeats. The splits were nothing special but I got it done with no real problems. The next step I guess is to put a couple of days in back to back. The run was a bit shy of 5.5 miles so I think I can go longer on a regular training run.
