Play Ball
Sorry not a baseball reference. Last week I finally found the spot that had been bothering me high up on my hamstring. I have been feeling a dull ache in my upper hamstring and ass for awhile and I thought it was piroformis syndrome. I guess maybe it’s just a knot or something so I’m placing a baseball under my hamstring when sitting down.
I’ve been running strictly on grass for the last week just going out every other day for 3.5-4 miles.
Seems as though a mile is longer than I remember. The treadmill is so much easier.
